7.25" Gauge Freelance Model of a 2 foot Gauge Garrett

Michael Guy of our GHLS Club was the prior owner of the Romulus in Ferdmeister's thread in this section of the forum.   Michael sold it to me as he wanted to be freed to work an another project which is the topic of this thread.  Michael Guy was inspired by this locomotive  in the picture below which can be found at http://moorsvalleyrailway.co.uk/locopage/15williamrufus.html:

At frist, he was planning to use two Romulus chassis to build his own version of a freelance 2 foot gauge Garrett.  But after many design iterations the only similarity to a Romulus is the cylinder deisgn and the spacing between the axles on each truck.  Here is what his freelance Garrett looks like today.

Michael has a lot more on his website that would interest anyone who wants to know more, including information about the Lempor exhaust system which he pioneered on my Romulus and my BNR 9F.  Visit the website http://home.ca.inter.net/~mguy
