Getting an 0-4-0 ready for a day of passenger duty

Here is an 0-4-0 being prepped for a days hard work hauling passengers. I am not sure of its prototype although the long wheelbase would add some improved tracking. I did manage to get a ride behind the loco and it seemed to perform very well, even tackling the rather steep grade on the Richmond Hill Live Steamers high line. I also enjoyed the train being completed with a caboose.
