A look down the side with the handle, door latch and door stop on with a dab of paint to hide the screw heads.

The new cut lever brackets are on and some paint sprayed on them.  Eventually all the cars will get these added on.

The car before the new parts went on.  Notice the eye loops that held the cut lever on.  Function over beauty.  The smooth sides.

Hello all,  Our foundry was busy last spring turning out parts for our passenger car trucks and while the metal was hot, we added detail parts for the box car.  Here are some shots of what we made.  Door hanger brackets, Door stops, Door handle and latch, and not pictured here, Coupler cut levers.  Pics to follow of them on the car.
