Would you believe a hot air balloon stalled over the roundhouse last week?  A tree top view.

Jack has wanted more space to park engines outside the roundhouse when servicing or waiting.  Finaly he started a new wisker track off the turntable and put an ash pit in it.

Hi Tom
Thanks for the pics - I am still continually amazed at the spectacular set up you guys have built. I definitely must make a trip down there with my camera gear.

Hello Tom,
Although we were sad when Jimmy took # 7 down your way, seeing your pictures it does have a much better home than had he stayed with the Richmond Hill Live Steamers.

Cheers,
Arno

Continuing my saga,  After #10 departs we move down to Maples to meet him on his way back.  We then go to Clear Lake and pickup some wood.  Here is a Pic back at Jack's Pit of the train.  We pick up more cars and a rear end helper in the way of CLL #4 for the trip up to Phelps.

#10 arrives Jack's Pit on TT.  All trains wait in clear.  Then #4 backs down East leg.

We had a Timetable & Trainorders session last weekend and I have some pics to post over the next few days/weeks.

CLL#4 at Jack's Pit waiting for a meet.  #7 was on the east leg of wye picking up a load of wood the Shay brought up from the Bauerton branch and set out for pickup.

We fired up #7 to wake it up from it's summer slumber.  It got it's first ride on the TT at Clear Lake to see if it balance on it.  Yes it does.  Did I mention it snowed on us.?  Thank heavens for working sanders!

We stopped at Casper Cut to pickup some additional wood.  The start up on the 5% grade was sweet.
