This is fantastic Thorny. The initial post was made over a year back so now, it appears that there are now two of us in the whole of North America, that have an interest in Stuart Turner model steam engines.
Seriously, there must be hundreds of enthusiasts. Who are you. Please make yourselves known so that we can discuss problems and experiences. Over the years, I have made a #4, Beam, James Coombs, Victoria, Real, and have the castings for a #9. I am also part way through the Triple Compound.

Please add my name to any list of people interested in Stuart Turner engines. I have a number of them I have purchased over the years. Some are in very good shape, while others need work to bring them up to snuff. One of these days I will start on getting them into tip top shape.

Is there anybody else out there with an interest in the Stuart line?

I would be most interested in developing a list of Stuart Turner enthusiasts living in the United States and Canada. The list should consist of people who have either built a Stuart model or collect them. If you have done neither but are considering building or collecting then get your name on the list also.
If enough of us get together, it could be a huge resource of knowledge, spare parts and assistance to those who are just starting.
